We are very proud and excited to announce the inauguration of a new and highly advanced physiotherapy institute at the "Warm Home for Holocaust Survivors" in Haifa.
.The Physiotherapy Institute offers Holocaust survivors a personal and warm treatment, uncompromising professional service, and above all, its convenient location within the Kiryat HaHessed compound of the organization

Starting this week (Tuesday, 14.8.2018), the "Warm Home for Holocaust Survivors" compound of the "Yad Ezer L'Haver" organization in Haifa began operating the new state-of-the-art physiotherapy institute, set up with equipment and devices that are the most innovative in the field. This facility offers its patients, residents of the Warm Home of Holocaust Survivors, personal service at the highest standard, a personal and warm treatment and uncompromising professional service.
The treatments at the physiotherapy institute are supervised by a team of experienced and skilled physiotherapists with extensive knowledge in all areas of physical therapy.

The official initiation of the Institute of Physical Therapy opened with the Mezuzah Setting ceremony by Rabbi Yaakov Maman, our organization Rabbi, in the presence of founder and director of the "Yad Ezer L'Haver" organization, Mr. Shimon Sabag and dozens of Holocaust survivors, residents of the Warm Home for Holocaust Survivors on Kassel Street in the Hadar Hacarmel neighborhood of Haifa.

With the inauguration and opening of the new Institute, a five-star clinic, Mr. Shimon Sabag, Founder and Director of the "Yad Ezer L'Haver" Association, said: "I am very happy and excited here today about the opening of the new physiotherapy institute for Holocaust survivors. The Institute is another step in our momentum, success and great work for the benefit of Holocaust survivors. Physiotherapy is not only the rehabilitation from physical injuries and the healing of chronic diseases; it is also a routine and a way of life that, if observed, benefits at any age toward a longer and higher quality of life.

For many years I dreamed of establishing a new physiotherapy institute, provided with advanced equipment, for Holocaust survivors and we invested a great deal of resources in the welfare of Holocaust survivors. I would like to thank my dear friend Adnan Su'ad and all his team of experts from the Center for Advanced Physiotherapy at the Carmel Center in Haifa, and I extend my humble and special thanks to the Almighty for granting me the fulfillment of this dream. Holocaust survivors are the real heroes of all of us, and we will do everything for them".
The new institute will provide Holocaust survivors with a wide range of treatments including: orthopedic treatment, neurological treatment, alternative treatment, stretching workstations, shortwave treatment, whirlpool bath and paraffin treatment, heating and cooling, racks and springs for practice, standing devices for neurologic patients, passive active bicycles, a scale of practice, many varied
exercise and balance accessories, and more. During the treatments at the Institute, special soothing, relaxing and stress relieving music is played.

The establishment of the Institute and acquisition of the equipment was made possible thanks to the resources raised by "Yad Ezer L'Haver" and many thanks for the assistance of Mrs. Yehudit Setz and the "International Christian Embassy" in Jerusalem and for the generous donation in memory of the late Hershel Graff who lived in the city of Texas, and loved Israel with all his heart.
